SHOWING COOKING STEPS FOR MOI MOI WITH EGGS
| See cooking steps for moi moi with egg Get your boiled eggs ready so that once the milled beans is scooped into a bag, you drop one boiled egg inside before tying to cook. Do you know that you can make good moi moi using a baking pan on a stove? Ingredients for moi moi with eggs cooking stepswashed beans, enough onions, tatashe for bright red color and taste, crushed Knorr cubes, grand soya oil Santana bags andwater. Lizzy, it's quite true. Nylon is made from chemicals; nylons and plastic plates/bowls/containers are the same in components except the latter are thicker.
When you use them to cook, the cooking heat will melt a bit of the chemicals, which would be absorbed into the food being cooked. Remember when we cook, absorption takes place.
That's why health practitioners advise against the use plastic plates and cups in microwaves because of the above reason I talked about.
Infact, my daddy is taking it P! that he doesn't use plastic bottles again; he has ported to glass bottles.

My brothers and sisters its quite unfortunate we found ourselves in this kind of situation,but believe me the story won't be complete without people like them. In every gathering there'll always be that person opts out when others have reached a consensus.
Another thing is that we're fighting an unknown battle,just like the boko haramists,sister and una mama are faceless,and it will be dangerous to confront them hate for hate.
So I suggest we use the carrot stick strategy,for every hate lets return with overwhelming love. Even if u find it hard to forgive,try to overlook them.
Coz they'll endup getting u angry,which might leave u very unhappy and loss of appetite,while she goesback happy.
I'm already in consultation with aunty Ojay for a change of name so that this blog will be more encompassing.

Debbie, I'll advise you use the good ole leaves. As far as I'm concerned, it's still the best for cooking moin moin.
I know wrapping the leaves isn't easy but with time and perseverance, you'll get it and become a pro!
I only got it right in April this year cos moin moin became a staple food in the house. So I had no choice but to perfect it.

I'm not too comfortable with the choice of aluminium foil for cooking. Even the word "aluminium" sends shivers down my spine.
Remember we are being told to avoid deodorants/antiperspirants because they contain aluminium, which might be linked to cancer and you know the armpit and the breast are close.
Like I said, absorption and other processes take place during cooking. A bit of aluminium might get into the food and end up in the body and overtime, it could cause harm.
I'm ALWAYS on the side of caution; it's better to be safe than sorry. I've just checked out these links and they confirm what I've just written:
