Let’s be real. Some days you just can’t. There is no way to manage making a whole30 friendly meal for those days when you are in a rush or on the road. Youstop at a gas station packed with garbage candy bars, trail mixes, and loads of barbecueand sweet onion ruffle chips. It’s either resist and starve or cave and feel crappy.
It’s okay. But wouldn’t it be nice to be prepared and not have to think about what to make; instead, just eat?
That’s what this whole post is about! This page is dedicated to making your life easier. And your whole30 journey a happy and successful one! I don’t think I need to explain to you how important snacks are. Or how crucial it is to be prepared when you dive into this whole30 thing. Healthy eating takes a little extra thought, but it’s so worth it! And that is why we are here.

Hi! Thanks so much for the Whole 30 approved snack ideas/options/recipes!! Question, why isn’t the Blueberry Muffin Larabar not Whole 30 approved?? I assume maybe because of the vanilla extract to make it “muffin”?? I bet the Bakerita girl could make a recipe for these to omit the extract?

Actually, it is not compliant because of the vanilla extract! It is a yummy one, but not if you are following a strict Whole 30 plan 🙂

I thought the concept of the actual Whole30 month was to not do any of the “hacks”, like the oatmeal and ranch dips you have here, so that you can learn to curb cravings for the real thing? Otherwise, you do have some really tasty and compliant ideas here, thanks!

A lot of the premade snacks on this list are very blurry for me. Do you have a text list of them? Also are all mamouth bars okay or just the cashew ones? Thanks and great recipes! They look super tasty. I’ll be making them soon. Happy blogging 🙂
